In regenerating the planet back to health and water security, here are a few photos of the ponds we have been building with local communities in Baran, Rajasthan, India – a 10 year project reforesting the denuded hinterland of an entire tropical forest.

👆🏽 This is one of the ponds we started building with the local community in Ranipura village of Baran ... so far we have funds to dig 5 ponds there and most are complete. With the right funds and partnerships we can build a web of such ponds right across the area and the whole region will become alive and green again

From the moment the work began and the monsoon rains came ... two months! And now trees can be planted as there is water to nurture them
